Biography

Dr. Tsybikova Erzheny studied medicine at the Irkutsk Medical University. In 1992 she graduated from the postgraduate study and defended her thesis at the Scientific Center for Surgery of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She studied Phthisiology under the guidance of Academician M.I. Perelman at the Institute of Phthisiopulmonology, 1st Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov and received the degree of Doctor of Medicine in 2013. Currently, she is the Principal Research Officer of the Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics, Ministry of Health of Russia. She has published more than 45 scientific articles in scientific (electronic) journals.

Dr. Baker graduated from the University of Manchester with masters in Medical Microbiology (MSc) in 2018 and graduated from Keele University with bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) in 2019. He currently has two publications written with Professor Denning of the University of Manchester. He is currently practicing medicine as a House Officer in the Respiratory department in Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust.

Dr. Lorena Abadia-Patino studied Bio analysis at the Orient University, Venezuela and graduated in 1997. In 1998, she went to Paris to did aMicrobiology Master and Ph. D at Denis Diderot University and her work at Pasteur Institute under the direction of Patrice Courvalin. Shegot her Ph. D in 2003; returned to Venezuela and joined the research group of Biomedicine department at IIBCAUDO, created the BacterialResistance Laboratory. At present, she has the position of an Associated Professor at the UDO. She has published several papers, chapters and books. Associated editor of The Journal of Infection in Developing Countries.

Dr. Ji Yong Lee received Medical Degree from the Eulji University. He completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, Sungkyunkwan University and fellowship training in Division of infectious disease, Department of Internal medicine at Samsung Medical Center, Sungkyunkwan University. Now he is the Director of the Division of infectious disease, Department of Internal medicine, and the manager of infectious control team of H PlusYangji Hospital since 2016.

Dr. Alarcón studied medicine at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and graduated with distinction in 2017. He is currently undergoing the last year of residency in Pediatrics at the same institution.

Huang Wei Ling, born in Taiwan, raised and graduated in medicine in Brazil, specialist in infectious and parasitic diseases, a General Practitioner and Parenteral and Enteral Medical Nutrition Therapist. Once in charge of the Hospital Infection Control Service of the City of Franca’s General Hospital, she was responsible for the control of all prescribed antimicrobial medication and received an award for the best paper presented at the Brazilian Hospital Infection Control Congress in 1998. Since 1997, she works with the approach and treatment of all chronic diseases in a holistic way, with treatment guided through the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hippocrates. Researcher in the University of São Paulo, in the Ophthalmology department from 2012 to 2013.

Pedagogue in Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, The University of Medicine since 2004. Head of Clinic department in Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, The University of Medicine since 2016. I act as a infectious diseases specialist in Infectious Diseases Clinic at University Hospital Center “Mother Teresa”, and as consultant in several setting such as endocrinology chirurgical and neurologic clinic. I have published many scientific paper and presented numerous communications in national and international congresses.

Dr. Masab Umair studied medicine at Rawalpindi Medical College, UHS, Pakistan. He then completed his internship at Holy Family Hospital and Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. Afterwards, he completed General (Internal) Medicine residency at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) which is one of the largest public sector university teaching hospital in Pakistan. Dr. Masab Umair has completed MRCP (UK) and Specialty Examination Certificate (SCE) in Endocrinology & Diabetes and Fellowship of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS) in General Medicine. Currently he is working as a Clinical Fellow in Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Dr. Sarah El-Nakeep, Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, subspecialty; Hepatology and Gastroenterology in Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University. She has an M.D degree in Internal Medicine. She was a Sub-director of the Intermediate Gastroenterology ICU in Demerdash hospitals.

Dr. Sumon Poddar studied MBBS in The University of North Bengal, India during 1998-2003. He passed Diploma in Child Health in 2009 and became MD in Microbiology in 2014 from The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, India. He is life members of Indian Academy of Paediatrics and also Indian Academy of Paediatrics Infectious Disease Chapter. He is now working as consultant in Paediatric Medicine along with HOD, Microbiology with In-Charge of Molecular Biology (Infectious Disease). He has been speaker and presented paper in different National and International conferences, like 17th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE(2016), 8th ASIAN CONGRESS ON PAEDIATRIC INFECTIOUS DISEASES at Bangkok, Thailand (2016) 23rd East Zone PEDICON & 35th WB PEDICON(2016), IACPCON & WBNEOCON(2018), etc. He has been Certified Trainer from Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO) for Antimicrobial Stewardship Implementation in Hospitals.

Dr. Shyamapada Mandal, Professor, Department of Zoology, University of Gour Banga, focuses his study on molecular epidemiology of infectious diseases including COVID-19; probiotics, genomics and bioinformatics. He has published more than 100 articles in different journals of repute, with 7 book chapters. He acquired more than 24 years of research and teaching experiences in the field of biomedical sciences. Seven national academic and research awards have been conferred to him. Prof. Mandal is reviewer of more than 30 scientific papers in the field of Biomedicine, and is editorial board member of 6 biomedical science journals, and Editor-in-Chief for one journal.

Rajagopalan Vijayaraghavan is currently Senior Professor at the Department of Chemistry, VIT University, India. He did his Doctor of Philosophy at IISc Bangalore . He pursued his postdoctoral research in France, Germany & UK. His research area is on Materials related to Energy and Environment as well biomedical. He has been a visiting Scientist at Nagoya University Japan, Oxford University ( Commonwealth fellow) and RMIT & University of Melbourne. He has published over 70 research articles. He has been awarded with Materials Research Society of India (MRSI) medal and Solid State Chemistry medal.
